So... the toilet paper and soap dispenser are at the top of the stairs, and the bathroom's at the bottom of the stairs. That's pretty fucked. And of course, there's no soap in the soap dispenser.
This is a pretty basic thing. Bathrooms need to have toilet paper and soap. In the bathroom. The actual bathroom. Not in some other room.
So the idea is, presumably, you're supposed to know all this in advance, and grab your toilet paper on the way to the bathroom. And then afterward, you're supposed to go up the stairs, put some soap in your hand, if they ever do put soap in there, and then go back downstairs, wait for whoever's gone in after you to be done, then use the sink to wash your hands.
Look, us poor people already know that we're worthless, and don't deserve the basics. We get the memo every time we try to do anything. Even basic things. We don't need another reminder when we're trying to use a bathroom. Come on, Fort York Food Bank, please don't remind us how little dignity we deserve in this way. Use other ways!
